All communication about - and delivery of - completed work will be conducted through phone or by e-mail and any notes or recordings of said comunication will be kept for future reference. You agree to confirm receipt of all e-mail sent from us by sending our company a "reply" e-mail. This ensures that there is a virtual "paper trail" documenting our communications throughout this process.
The completed work will be delivered to you via e-mail or CD unless you alow us to download the work directly to your Host Account for you.
We accept payments by check or money order. We will notify you when we have received payment so that you know when your project is Started. There is a clearance delay for checks received.
When the initial design concepts are ready, we will send them to you by e-mail. You should review them, choose one variant and advise us about the changes you want us to make. We will continue working on your design to fine tune it to your liking, assuming that the number of alterations is less than the maximum allowed or additional charges will be applied. This amount is based on the relative complexity of the design; redesign of the concept will only be permitted three times before an additional charge of $100 is added. Construction of the site will commence once the final design is approved by you the client.
A working model will be downloaded to a "secret web site" only you will know about for review. Any additional reworking of the design from this point will be charged an additional $200 per rework. Upload of the finished web page to a pre-existing host, and delivery of the final digital files to you, will take place once the working model is completed, approved, and payed for in full.

The initial design (concept) is developed and sent to you, the Customer, within 5 calendar days. This is the amount of time required to thoroughly research your business and understand all its details before we create your unique design. We may contact you by e-mail for additional details and discussion.
If the design is urgently required, then a 20% "rush" charge will be applied to the quote. In the event that this is required then the design will be sent to you in 2 working days.
The number of alterations you desire - plus additional time needed for implementation of your approved design - will make up the total time needed to complete the project. Each alteration usually requires up to 24 hours, and up to 8 hours in urgent cases - after we receive your input to our project inquiries.
In some cases we retain the right to issue an additional quote after receiving payment for a project; i.e. when you request complicated programming and/or other custom features which are not part of the stated project plan. You will be advised if this is relevant to your project, and then have the option of accepting or rejecting this additional expense.
In no event will AVdes
be liable for suitability, merchantability, or usability of products and
services developed and delivered.
Final products developed by AVdes are the sole property of the Customer once payment has been made in full. However, the initial concepts remain our property. A link back to us will be placed in an inconspicous spot on the completed web site/s displaying our involvement in the design and creation of the web site.
Once payment is made you may terminate an order, but you will not receive a refund if design concepts have already been sent to you. However, 50% can be refunded only after the first draft designs are rejected by you. You can also ask us to put a design "on hold" at any time, then resume its development within six months of your payment.
